Delete your Aladia account

How to delete your account and personal data from the Aladia app or from the web.

From the app

  1. Open the app and sign in.
  2. Open Settings and scroll to the bottom.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm with the code we send to your email, or with your password.

From the web

Enter the email of your account: we send you a 6-digit code to confirm the deletion. It also works if you signed in with Google or Apple.

Or sign in to the web app and delete it from Settings › Account

What gets deleted

  • Your account: email, password, sessions and accounts connected with Google or Apple. Sign in with Apple is revoked.
  • Your profile, followers and the people you follow, your experiences and your memberships in academies.
  • Your personal spaces and your notifications. You are removed from your chats.

What we keep

  • Payments and receipts, for as long as tax law requires.
  • Records that belong to the academies you studied with, such as attendance and grades.

Before you delete it

If you own courses or an academy, transfer or delete them first. Invoices still to be paid must be settled.
